Change management: do we need it?

Ambitions drive us forward.
The change is a vehicle to achieve them.
Who doesn't need to know how to accomplish the dreams?

Funny enough then, they do not teach us this skill in the school.
They teach us math, grammar, history, chemistry or even embroidery (damn, I was good at that:)

When we start at a job, they tell us to be innovative and come up with new ideas. That is - until we really do and find out that our supervisor gets surprisingly upset.

There is some obvious discrepancy between corporate powerpoints and the reality.

So how do you cope with the change challenges?
